This notice explains the main categories of information AgendaRelay processes when providing the service.
Who controls your data
The service operator identified in your AgendaRelay order, invoice or account contract is responsible for the platform relationship. An organisation using AgendaRelay may also act as controller for data it enters about its users, participants and resources.
Information processed
AgendaRelay may process account details, authentication records, tasks, events, meetings, participant details, resources, reminder settings, calendar connection data, device subscriptions, audit records and technical logs needed to provide and secure the service.
Why it is processed
Data is used to provide planning, reminders, synchronisation, resource booking, support, security, fraud prevention and service administration. Legal grounds depend on the relationship and may include contract, legitimate interests and legal obligations.
Sharing and processors
Data may be handled by infrastructure or communications providers used to operate AgendaRelay. External calendar or notification providers receive only the information needed for the integration the user enables.
Retention and rights
Retention depends on account settings, plan terms, operational requirements and applicable law. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal data. Contact the operator shown in your account or contract to exercise those rights.
Calendar feeds
A private calendar subscription URL acts like a secret. Anyone who obtains it may be able to read the data permitted by that feed until it is rotated or revoked.
