The service

AgendaRelay provides planning, task, calendar, reminder, resource and related collaboration features. Features may depend on the selected plan, browser support and configured integrations.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping account access secure, using two-factor authentication as required, and ensuring information you enter or share is lawful and accurate.

Availability and reminders

AgendaRelay is designed for reliable planning, but reminders and external synchronisation can depend on browsers, devices, networks and third-party services. They should not be used as the sole safety mechanism for life-critical or emergency activity.

External services

Connections to external calendars or communications services are subject to those providers’ availability and terms. AgendaRelay remains authoritative for AgendaRelay-created entries unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use AgendaRelay to break the law, interfere with the service, bypass security controls or access data you are not authorised to use.

Changes and termination

Plan, renewal, suspension and termination terms are governed by your order or contract. The operator may make reasonable service changes for security, reliability or product improvement.

Operator and governing terms

The service operator, formal address, governing law and any negotiated commercial terms are those identified in your order, invoice or account contract.
